We Need You for Leadership in the IUAA

Every summer, just as we start the new fiscal year (July 1) we must consider top volunteer leaders for next year.  Yes, the Governance cycle does start pretty soon after welcoming and celebrating the new class!

It’s important as members of the IU Alumni Family to always keep an eye or two out for new talent or talent that needs a new role.  We welcome self-nominations, too.  What is important is that we capture skills, years of service, personal characteristics, and examples of subject matter expertise that a volunteer can bring to our governing body. Submit the nomination form.

Our current Executive Council members can be found at our IUAA website complete with photos. Please submit your candidate(s) by September 30 for the 2019-2020 class of leaders.  The Governance Committee meets in late October to select the slate. If selected, candidates will be contacted to accept the nomination by December 1.
