Below are the steps for initiating your group’s “Welcome To” campaign. For more chartered communities information, please visit the Our Indiana Chartered Communities webpage or contact your IUAA liaison.
Step 1: Activation
Complete and submit the Welcome To Campaign activation form.
Step 2: Training
Once your activation is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a training video that explains the available resources, reporting requirements, and expectations of this core campaign.
Step 3: Resources
Once you’ve viewed the training video, a member of the IUAA Alumni Communities team will provide you with access to campaign-specific resources, including:
- Email copy for event promotion and a general “welcome to” message
- Social media copy and images
- Event banners
- Postcard template
- Copy for online calendar event descriptions
Step 4: Reporting
You should complete the Welcome To Campaign reporting form by May 15. This form allows you to report how you welcomed new alumni to your community.
